Job Title: Channel Market Manager- On premise

Location: New York

 

On Premise Leader in priority and exciting market! Lead distributor partnerships and ensure key relationships with customers. Own the on-premise market and be a brand champion for the Remy-Cointreau portfolio

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the on premise expert managing priority territory with key customers and distributor partner
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts in collaboration with distributor partners to ensure collective success and driving KPIs
  • Execute annual and monthly business objective, sales planning, and business review process in collaboration with distributor partners and local support functions. ​
  • Ensure execution of local programming and visual merchandising standards through incentive management, KPI tracking, and regular inspection and coaching in collaboration with distributors.​
  • Responsible for territory brand budgets and maintaining T&E. 
  • Executes market-level short & long cycle sales planning process in collaboration with local distributor
  • Motivate and manage distributor sales forces and executives through leadership; inspire confidence, gain respect as an effective company expert.
  • Set agenda, local strategy, and drive execution, program deployment, achievement of standards, and overall business results in defined area.  Responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new and existing market opportunities, adoption of tools and systems, and visual merchandising execution​
  • Local market leader on brand education, visual merchandizing execution, program deployment, and distribution growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with team, brand ambassadors and marketing to drive first class execution and education on programs.
  • Identify key local events to create unique memorable experiences for trade and consumers
  • Be the Remy Cointreau On- premise LEADER in an incredible visible territory within an amazing team!

 

Minimum Qualifications:


•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience 
•    Experience managing within retail and/or 3-Tier distribution environment.
•    Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, marketing knowledge
•    Must have a valid driver’s license.
•    Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by law)
•    Must be 21 years of age or older
•    Must have authorization to work in the United States 
•    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
