Job Overview:

Drive channel-specific performance in priority markets through Distributor selling division & priority Asian accounts.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Distributor channel selling division performance in priority markets.
  • Execute regular account sales calls and distributor rideshares to drive sell-in and sell-through performance and execution of Remy-Cointreau visual merchandising.
  • Executes channel / division planning & review process.
  • Sell in and ensure execution of programming aligned with RC Visual Merchandising Standards
  • Hands-on responsibility for brand education, visual merchandizing standards, program deployment, & distribution growth initiatives at channel / division level
  • Collaborate with distributor network to ensure focus on Remy-Cointreau portfolio at accounts through regular communication, training, etc. within account base
  • Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with priority accounts to influence and execute against Remy-Cointreau’s visual merchandising standards in collaboration with distributor partners.
  • Serve as brand education authority on Remy-Cointreau portfolio in assigned sub-market. 
  • Identify and optimize direct client opportunities (corporate clients, spirit focused social clubs)
  • Assists Sr. Market Manager in market level sales planning process. 
  • Act as a liaison between the brand and local sales team on cultural issues
  • Identify/help fill distribution and cultural gaps

 

 

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing within retail and/or 3-Tier distribution environment
  • Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, marketing knowledge
  • Must be 21 yrs of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in public-speaking (in-language Mandarin /English required), with presentation and communication skills
  • Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by law)​
