Job Overview:

The Customer Operations Manager – OTC is responsible for managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process for the U.S. market, ensuring accurate order intake, allocation management, distributor communication, shipment execution, and review risk monitoring.  The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, warehouse, and distributors to support business objectives, minimize revenue risk, improve service levels, and drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage OTC execution for Open States and support broader U.S. customer operations
  • Ensure orders are accurate, complaint, and aligned with allocation, pricing, product listing, and inventory availability.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics on DI and Domestic shipment planning.
  • Track shipment risk, delays, claims, credits, and revenue impact
  • Maintain strong communication with distributors and internal stakeholders
  • Support new product launches, phase-in/phase-out transitions, and slow-moving inventory reduction
  • Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, claims resolution, OOS risk, obsolete inventory, revenue deviation, and customer service performance

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years professional experience in customer service / operations or demand / supply planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and BI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP and Forecasting tools preferably SAP and IBP.
  • Project management.
  • Liquors and Spirits business experience a plus.
