Job Overview:

Provide high-level executive, administrative, and business support to the President & CEO Americas to enhance the Executive’s effectiveness and contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives. Serve as a trusted partner to the Executive by managing priorities and logistics, coordinating activities across the Americas Leadership Team (ALT), supporting business and strategic initiatives, and facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Executive Support, Planning & Coordination

  • Manage the President & CEO’s calendar, travel, expenses, meetings, and related administrative needs.
  • Coordinate agendas, schedules, meetings, and planning for the Americas Leadership Team and key HQ stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and coordination of leadership meetings, business reviews, off-sites, and other key organizational forums.
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Paris/HQ and other internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, scheduling, and alignment.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the President & CEO, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track key decisions, action items, priorities, and deadlines, proactively following up to maintain momentum and support execution.
  • Manage special projects by gathering and synthesizing information, monitoring progress, and communicating updates.
  • Proactively identify upcoming business needs, potential challenges, and areas requiring the President & CEO’s attention.
  • Support coordination with external partners and stakeholders as needed.

 

Strategic & Business Support

  • Support the President & CEO in preparing for leadership meetings, business reviews, and other strategic discussions through research, analysis, and development of relevant materials.
  • Develop presentations, reports, analyses, and other materials to support business priorities and decision-making.
  • Help translate the President & CEO’s priorities and direction into clear actions and next steps.
  • Support strategic planning and other key business initiatives in partnership with the President & CEO and leadership team.
  • Leverage AI, analytics, and other tools to support research, analysis, presentations, and business effectiveness.

 

Sales & Events Support

  • Partner with Sales and other cross-functional teams to support coordination and execution of key commercial priorities and initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of key customer, sales, and company events, including stakeholder coordination, materials, logistics, and follow-up.

 

Job Qualifications:

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of professional experience supporting executive-level management and/or in consulting or a similarly strategic, project-based environment.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize information and develop clear, effective presentations.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, AI tools, and other relevant business and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating needs and independently driving work forward.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand broader business priorities and connect day-to-day activities and projects to organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a President, CEO, or other C-suite executive.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives, including consulting experience.
  • Bilingual French a plus.
