  • Dedicated and revenue driven to operate as a special sales channel to build more direct communication and connection with premium clients/consumers, and retailing mindset driven to approach real B2C business through local wholesalers under company guideline.
  • Focus on premium products only to bring incremental business on top of current regional sales team business. (XO and above Cognac/Coupe 300, high end whisky and LXIII)
  • Monthly paid bonus if achieved certain quantitative sales target (no bonus to XO, but only to other premium products.), and to pay annual bonus if achieve qualitative targets.

1. Establishing & Deepening Elite Client Relationships

  • Proactively identify, engage, and build a network with potential HNWI clients.
  • Gain profound understanding and insight into each private client's unique background, lifestyle, taste preferences to drive future potentials.
  • Based on deep client insights, tailor personalized recommendations for high-end products.

2. High-End Product Expertise & Brand Ambassadorship

  • Master the core knowledge of the high-end products, including history, craftsmanship, materials, product philosophy, rarity, taste notes and collection value, etc.
  • Provide regular brand education, product education and tasting to target consumers.
  • Collect back valuable feedback, regarding client insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

3. Sales Target Achievement & Client Value Management

  • Take ownership of and actively achieve sales targets for premium products.
  • Focus on maximizing client lifetime value through repeat purchases, cross-selling, up-selling, and generating new client referrals.
  • Accurately manage personal sales forecasts, client information, and sales pipelines.

4. Market Insight & Network Expansion

  • Continuously monitor global luxury market dynamics, industry trends, competitor strategies, and target client evolution.
  • Actively cultivate and maintain a personal high-level social network and industry contacts.
  • Represent the brand at high-profile social events to enhance brand influence within target circles.

5. Internal Collaboration & Resource Orchestration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, Logistics, and other departments.
  • Effectively coordinate internal resources to fulfill complex, non-standard client requests.
  • Share high-level client insights to inform business improvements.
