Rattaché au Responsable Production, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Conditionnement F/H, en CDI à compter de Juiller 2026.
Mission:
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Production , vous réalisez les missions suivantes:
- Garantit en permanence la satisfaction de nos clients en réalisant les productions REMY COINTREAU dans le respect de la sécurité des personnes et des aliments, de la qualité, de la quantité, des coûts et des délais, selon les normes ISO en vigueur sur le site.
- Anime et engage ses équipes de manière participative autour d’objectifs de progrès quels que soient les domaines.
- Développe les compétences techniques, comportementales et la polyvalence de ses collaborateurs.
- Propose, pilote et/ou délègue des actions dans notre volonté d’amélioration continue au sein du service production et avec les services supports
Profil
- Ingénieur généraliste ou en Agroalimentaire,
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans la production avec du management d’équipes réduites et/ou dans l’amélioration continue.
- Maîtrise des méthodes d’amélioration continue associées au lean manufacturing ( 5S, SMED, TPM, …)
- Maîtrise de résolution de problèmes ( QQOQCP, M, PDCA, …)
- Connaissance idéalement en techniques d’embouteillage et de conditionnement.
- Maîtrise des outils informatique ( bureautique, logiciel de gestion de laboratoire, SAP, …)
- Management d’équipe ( animer, motiver, mobiliser, …)
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Aptitudes relationnelles et communication transverses
- Rigueur et anticipation
