Information at a Glance

All around the world, there are clients seeking exceptional experiences; clients for whom a wide range of terroirs means a variety of flavors. Their exacting standards are proportional to our expertise – the finely-honed skills that we pass down from generation to generation. The time these clients devote to drinking our products is a tribute to all those who have worked to develop them. It is for these men and women that Rémy Cointreau, a family-owned French Group, protects its terroirs, cultivates exceptional multi-centenary spirits and undertakes to preserve their eternal modernity. The Group’s portfolio includes 14 singular brands, such as the Rémy Martin and LOUIS XIII cognacs, and Cointreau liqueur. Rémy Cointreau has a single ambition: becoming the world leader in exceptional spirits. To this end, it relies on the commitment and creativity of over 1,850 employees and on its distribution subsidiaries established in the Group’s strategic markets. Rémy Cointreau is listed on Euronext Paris.

This role serves as the core strategic hub and implementation tracking center for the Group’s e-commerce business. Through systematic industry research, data tracking and project collaboration, it supports the Group’s e-commerce business to achieve traceable and predictable high-quality growth:

  • Develop and establish Portfolio and Pricing strategies across diverse channels / platforms, ensuring competitiveness while aligning with brand positioning and profitability goals.
  • Systematically sort out industry dynamics, competitor trends, channel rule changes and consumption trends of the luxury alcoholic e-commerce industry in China and globally, output industry insights with guiding value for business, and provide decision-making basis for the Group’s strategic adjustment.
  • Track the full-cycle progress of core e-commerce performance indicators across all channels (including core targets such as brand sell-in, channel sell-out, and stock status of key clients), establish a closed-loop tracking system from target setting, gap identification to problem solving, to ensure the achievement of annual performance targets.
  • Collect and consolidate the allocation and spending of the team’s A&P (advertising and promotion) budget on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, and provide data support for the optimization of expense allocation.
  • Systematically collect business pain points and demands of key clients across all channels, follow up the implementation progress of internal solutions, and guarantee the cooperation experience and business health of core clients.
  • Take charge of the overall coordination and material preparation for regional and global e-commerce Quarterly Business Review (QBA), and build a clear presentation logic covering business results, problem analysis and future planning.

Collaborate with the E-Commerce VP to output clear and implementable short-term (within 1 year), medium-term (1-3 years) and long-term (over 3 years) development strategies for the Group’s e-commerce and related digital businesses based on industry trends and internal business data precipitation, to support long-term business growth.
