1. Brand Planning & Development:

• Support Marketing Manager to develop and implement annual brand strategies, marketing plans, and innovation roadmaps for Bruichladdich, The Botanist Gin, and Cointreau.

• Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies tailored to the target audience for each brand.


2. Marketing Campaign Execution & Management:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and experiential activations.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Trade Marketing) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

• Manage new product launches and line extensions, from concept to market, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies.


3. Digital & Performance Marketing:

• Drive digital brand presence and engagement strategies, including social media, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital advertising, in alignment with global guidelines.

• Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance to maximize ROI and enhance consumer recruitment.


4. Budget & Performance Management:

• Manage and optimize the brand's A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenditures.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance (sales, market share, brand health metrics) against established KPIs.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to refine future strategies.


5. Trade Marketing & Sales Collaboration:

• Partner with the Trade Marketing and Sales teams to develop effective trade strategies, promotional programs, and visibility initiatives that support brand objectives and drive commercial results.

• Equip the sales force with compelling brand stories, tools, and materials to drive distribution and velocity.


6. Agency & Vendor Management:

• Select, onboard, and manage relationships with external agencies (advertising, media, PR, events, research) and other vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution within budget.
