1. Private Client Development
⎯ Identify, recruit, and develop high-net-worth clients and collectors for Louis XIII.
⎯ Build long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and luxury communities.
⎯ Maintain and expand a qualified CRM database of private clients.

2. Sales Performance (15 std cs)
⎯ Achieve annual sales targets for Louis XIII across Taiwan.
⎯ Drive sales through private client engagement, bespoke experiences, and relationship-driven transactions.
⎯ Convert key prospects into repeat clients and long-term collectors.

3. Luxury Experience & Client Engagement
⎯ Organize private tastings, exclusive dinners, and bespoke brand experiences.
⎯ Deliver high-level storytelling around Louis XIII heritage, craftsmanship, and rarity.
⎯ Collaborate with luxury partners (private clubs, collectors’ circles, luxury brands, art communities).

4. Market Development
⎯ Identify new opportunities within luxury ecosystems such as private banking, luxury automotive, art circles, and collectors’ communities.
⎯ Build partnerships that elevate Louis XIII’s presence among UHNW clients in Taiwan. 

5. CRM & Client Management
⎯ Maintain accurate client information and engagement records in CRM systems.
⎯ Track client journeys from recruitment to conversion and retention.
⎯ Provide market insights and client feedback to regional management.
